Free Returns 

We offer free returns on all domestic US orders lasting 60 days. To start the return process, please email us at and be ready to reference your receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process the refund.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please review the following steps:

1) Check your bank account again.
2) Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
3) Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Clearance Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.


We are happy to replace any product if they are defective, damaged, or if the fit is not right. If you need to exchange it for the same or another item, send us an email at and we can facilitate the exchange process.
