A look into the lives of our Community Creatives
I decided to make the move up to New York City a few years ago. Been loving the spur of the moment decision ever since. Shoutout to Kyle W. for asking me if I wanted to go celebrate NYE with him for 2016!
What inspired you to venture into modeling?
"To be honest, it was something I wanted to try and thought it would be fun. I've had a few friends suggest it to me as well and have gotten asked by others to do it, so I figured I would try it out! As a photographer, being able to be on the other side of the lens is also a bit liberating, while allowing me to understand some of the challenges of being in front of the camera."

"I don’t really have a style as it depends on who I’m working with and the goals of the shoot. I’m always interested in trying new concepts or ideas, the more random the better."
"That you can do it too! It's fun experimenting and trying to project a certain "feel" to a photo, and especially exciting being able to realize a photographer's (or really anyone's) ideas. I've learned a lot about who I am as a person, and how it feels to be comfortable in your own skin. It can be equally scary as it is rewarding. For those that are interested, just go ahead and experiment with your phone, or find someone to take pictures of you. Learn, fail, rinse, repeat!"
"You should feel comfortable wearing a good fitting shirt. A good fitting shirt is neither too baggy or too tight, it should be balanced. A good fitting shirt shouldn’t necessarily stand out from your ensemble of clothing, but compliment it. A good fitting shirt should compliment your silhouette. In terms of my photos, I do my best to represent that by toeing the line between comfort and fit. Luckily the shirts at Nimble Made don’t always require that compromise."
"Officially, I work on the product team at an ed-tech company, however I’m pursuing a few photography and food related projects at the moment. Knowing me, I'll probably get myself involved in other random projects along the way (hopefully food related and event related). If you would want to collaborate feel free to reach out!"
